How long did it take to make that whole movie in 1937, and how long would it take to make that same movie now?

@jtmoore, I'm not sure how long it would take to make the same movie now, but it took 3 years to make. It also cost 1.5 million dollars to produce, and Walt Disney had to mortgage his home to pay for the production.
