Would Geri's game be considered temporal aliasing because the actual "signal" (i.e. Geri's chess game) appears to be played between two people when really it's one person? If we sampled at a higher frequency, we would obtain (as in saw) more temporal samples, allowing us to recognize that Geri is playing chess with himself!
