I think it was mentioned that this GPU is one of the most powerful offered by AWS / GCP. What factors go into the decisions AWS / GCP make about which types of processors to offer, and what is the lifespan of such processors (e.g. is this slide the same as last year's)?

ARe warp selectors and sub-cores similar to HW threads in a CPU...that is only 1 sub-unit (sub-core) can run at a time?
